Mary Parham founded J Kelly Referrals in 1999. Since then, J Kelly Referrals has managed Call Center Operations, performed numerous state and city surveys, supported outreach operations, and performed special projects for private companies and public agencies. J Kelly Referrals' mission is to provide top-notch customer service based on consistent quality assurance practices. Our focus is to achieve excellence in performance for our customers through cost-effective communication solutions.

We are a woman owned small business that has been certified as both a Minority Business Enterprise and a Women’s Business Enterprise. We have been distinguished with many awards, including the following selected awards:
