J Kelly Referrals Call Center developed into a center of excellence as a result of strong leadership and a consistent management approach. By utilizing regular training, contemporary technologies, an integrated Quality Assurance Plan, and attention to the details, we ensure consistent performance by all of our Customer Service Representatives.


Technical capabilities include successfully managing a $2.3M Call Center operations contract, facility capacity for up to 75 Customer Service Representatives (CSR), fully integrated phone system, and automated reporting system. We have a proven track record for the majority of our calls answered in under 20 seconds. Our call standard objectives are 100% calls answered within 30 seconds with an abandonment rate of less than 5%. The average length of call time is 3-5 minutes. We have the capability to capture daily statistics based on CSR logs, automated data collection, and customized data collection based on our clients requirements.
