Anyone who thinks training programs are dull and boring hasn’t been through J Kelly Referrals training. Our training environment mirrors the call floor environment with all the bells and whistles that are utilized on the operations center floor. Staff utilize state-of-the art computer-based training software in a classroom setting.

Successful new hires graduate from an intensive and specialized two-week training program, where advanced customer services skills, related terminology, and software and product education are taught in a classroom setting, which utilizes role playing, interactive games and formal testing. Included in the instruction is on-the-job training, where students partner with an experienced advisor to take “live” calls.
