Outbound Call Center is someone who makes phone calls in behalf of a company, business to customers. They make outbound calls to sale something, request donations, conduct follow-up, make appointments, gather or share information that can include telemarketing and surveys.
Public Input Planning
It consists of a series of activities and actions by a sponsor agency over the full lifespan of a project to both inform the public and obtain input from them. Public Input is conducted with engineering companies through the Arkansas Department of Transportation.
